THANKS from the bottom of my BUTT...

(Inside):  ...because my butt is bigger than my heart!

I hope some of my followers "get" my strange sense of humor on this card creation.  I thought QKR's "Sneaking Away digi13310" would be the perfect image to showcase my sentiment.  I plan to entered my card in the QKR Challenge #209: Anything Goes.

I incorporated the Grand Madison Door Die by Poppy Stamps, copics for coloring, Cameo for cutting the bear and pop-ups for dimension.  All four cards came together quickly and are ready to be addressed and mailed to several friends and family members.

A2  Isn't that bandage on the butt cute?

tank you... (shaker card)

Another card using Fintastic Friends set from Lawn Fawn.  I find making these cards fast, easy and something worthy of being sent to family and friends.

I figured if a card is worth making once, then why not 3 to 5 times.  Once the original card is made, then mass producing is pretty quick. I am enjoying using the FUZE tool for shaker cards....it's awesome!!!

A2, sequins, copics, onion bag, pop-ups for dimension

Thanks a bunch.... (Also, back from the beach)

Had wonderful time at Pawley's Island for 2 weeks with family and friends.  I didn't take any copics with me....just suntan lotion!

This was a complete CAS of Critters in the Jungle by Lawn Fawn "Cristina".  The only thing different is that Slide on Over die set is sold-out everywhere so I had to make my own using my Silhouette.  It worked out just as nice, but I would like to the buy the set....making it faster and precise.

I'm stocking up on "thank you" and "birthday cards".  I'm forever running out.

Thanks from bottom of my CUP

I'm using Birdbrain Needs Coffee from From the Heart Stamps.  I'm entering their Challenge #156 , sketch with a twist.  I'm doing both. I cut around the wing and head to pop out of the circle for a little extra eye candy.

I made  several of these cards but hung coffee cups from each "t".  My goodness!  I can never have enough "thank you" cards available at a moments notice.  I kept inside CAS, black and white.

A2, copics, Sizzix cup die, Simon Says THANKS die, Lil Inker Stitched circle dies, machine stitching, pop-ups for dimension

Your thoughtfulness was TEA-rrific 2nd posting

My neighbors brought over a pan of lasagna while I was sick.  I couldn't eat it, but it allowed my DH not to starve.  Since I wanted to do a thank you card and a card for QKR challenge, I decided to merge the two together.

I used digi 11407 Hello from QKR Stampede. I using it in their Challenge #128: circles.  I bought the Tea Easel card cut file from My Scrap Chick for $1.  It comes with 4 different patterns.

5x5, copics, tea charm, ribbon, silk flower, it has a pocket on top for a tea bag

opened, QRK image

Thank you Dr. Springhart

Why does an illness seems to worsen on a weekend when your regular doctor office is closed? As much as I didn't want to, I had to make a couple of trips to the emergency room.  It's called MD 360 and part of our hospital system.  Anyhow, this particular doctor took a keen interest in me.  My illness was out of the normal realm of ER visits...like flu, broken leg etc.  My problems had her baffled.  Now get this, she called me to give some test results and to check on me.  I can't think of a time a doctor called me to see how I was doing.  If anything, they have a nurse call.  I was impressed.  I returned and she spend hours trying to get the problem resolved.

End result....today I feel like my old self...ok...almost  My left leg and foot are still swollen like an old fat log, but the rest of me feels good....yippee

So I made her a quick card in the box.  They are so ding dong easy to make.  I had a lot of scraps lying around.  I added a stethoscope and the Greenville Hospital System logo.  We both talked about needing Spring and flowers in our lives so that's the theme I went with.

fits in A2 envelop, Lindy Gang bee stamp, Doodle Pantry sentiment, bee charm, twine, copics

Lawn Fawn flowers and birdies, Cheery Lynn exotic butterflies dies,, MB fence die

MB birdhouse die, I made the stethoscope svg, Thank you from Silhouette Store  MB grass dies

Thanks for the hospitality

My dear friends from Charleston always open the door to their home when I visit.  They engulf me with wonderful low-country cuisine, scenic tours, good conversation and a lot of laughter.  I've never gone this long in visiting and the trip was wonderful.

They, not so long ago, remodeled the bathroom I use when I visit, so this "just released" August Potty set from Doodle Pantry was perfect for a thank you card. I used one of the many images along with one of the sentiments for my card. I cut a hold in the potty part and added 3D flowers.

Join us for a fun August Challenge at Doodle Pantry starting at noon today.

A2, pop-ups, flower punch, Sizzix pop-up card die, circle punch, ribbon, pearls

You Lift My Spirits

Thank You
(plus update)
PLUS:  SVGCUTS  is having a give away of an eClips...check out HERE!

When I am down in the dumps, there are several good friends that help lift my spirits.  I could also say, " You lift me up when I am down, You lifted me up, Thanks for the Lift, Flying by to say hi"...you get the picture.  Doodle Pantry is having a challenge and making this card was perfect timing.  I used their DP ant balloons digi image. I tried to keep it unisex.  I LOVE these ants.  I prefer them on paper rather than ME !!!! ( I've been working with shading and wanted light coming from right. Practice, practice!))
I made the balloon and it's shadow svg, and used DCWV Luxury Pack along with my copics, stitching and SU punch.
UPDATE:  I left off burnished orange border on first picture...here is with and without...you judge!

A2 size, vertical fold, pop-ups for dimension, swiss dot embossing folder

with original border I left off on first picture
