It's been a long time! Living in Florida now!

Hello...It's been quite a long time since I have posted!!!

I'm now living in Cocoa Beach, Florida. We had a visit from Hurricane Dorian.  We were lucky this time and came out with minimal damage.

I've missed creating cards and trying to get my feet wet by creating some simple, fun beach cards.  I wasn't able to bring all my supplies in my move, but that just makes it a fun new challenge.

These dies were bought on Aliexpress.com through different companies.  I stitched the edges, and created my own sentiments using my dear Silhouette Cameo.  I was so excited to brush the dust off and seeing it still turned on.

Used some ranger inks on background paper and adding splashes of water drops.  (Thank you Lola for the inspiration.) Added shaker eyeballs on crab and used Copics to color. The little cocina shell was found right before the storm several days ago.

I call this "Marsh View" and reminds me of my brother's beach house on Pawley's Island, SC

This was made for my sweet grandson Wyatt.  I should had said, "Whale Hello".  I used Diamond Dust Liquid Pearls on both beach scenes.

All the cards are A2 size.

A little late howdy (2nd post today)

One more quick card for the QKR Stampede Challenge # 214 - Wild West.  I went outside my box and went "pink"...I'm glad I did...just to make it fun.  I used a Silhouette Store template #91887 Happy Birthday Swing Card and copics for all coloring with some Wink of Stella on shell and hat.  I used digi7704 - Ride 'em cowboy.
5x7, hard to capture a swing card in a photograph

angle view, twine for rope and hook punch to hold rope

Ridin' by the light of the moon

...that's an old expression if you haven't heard it before.

I don't know why I put a moon behind the image...it just looked like it belonged there and that sentiment popped into my head.

I won several images at QKR Stampede last week. I now want to enter this card into this week's QKR Challenge #129: Green

A2, I don't know why the snail's shell is looking red because it is suppose to be brown along with the hat the frog is holding

Copics, and large circle burst die, pop-ups for dimension and arrow svg

I Love to Learn My ABC's

School has started back for students in the South.  I think the North has about 2 more weeks.  For some children, it will be their VERY 1st time....so sweet.  They get so excited about writing their name and the ABC's.  It's Photo Inspiration Day from our TL at Scrappily Ever After.  My digi snail was free from Elizabeth Dulmeba. The blocks and pencils are from Clker.com.  I used "Pages" to type my sentiment and SCAL to cut ABC. I added an apple brad.  I cleaned up and made a more friendly block svg from clker.com. Also entered it in Bugaboo "Back To School" challenge.
