JOY

This sweet image called Angel Joy is the November Stamp of the Month at From the Heart Stamps .  I received her free for participating in their October Challenge.  So, now I will use her for their November Challenge,  They are also having their "weekly challenge #86 with a twist" so I'm participating in that too.

A very CAS card letting Angel Joy be the center of attention.

A2, stitching, copics coloring, and lots of sickles on her wings and halo

just another angle of the card, used Lili Inker banner die

Snowmen have a heart

I'm getting in the wintery mode.  There will be no snow here on Christmas, but the blustery days of January and February are not far away.  Gosh, I can use this for winter and Valentines. Green struck me as the color to use. Snow burst corner die, embossing folder, copics, stickles, string and tattered edges completed this card.  I'm making 4 more as "go to" cards. The image is from Designed2Delight Digital Stamps called "Snow Angel".

5x5, also pop-ups for dimensions of die, snowflake embellishment

Blue shadowing of copics hard to see but it's deeper than what you see here.

QKR Stampede - snowmen, snowballs, snow angels, snow fun

Nativity Scene

I love doing side step cards.  I think they are easy, but makes it look like you spent "forever" on it.  I got this nativity scene svg last year from Cheryl at Cafexpressions, but I never had a chance to play with it.  This year, this easy, pretty card will be one of my two Christmas cards I'll be sending to family and friends.  Splitcoasters Stamps is where I followed a video tutorial for my step-card.  The only thing different I did was to made sure I had 3.5 inches on the step part rather than what the lady said.  Cheryl has the step card svg to go with her scene.  I think there is a pdf file to tell you where to cut and crease.

I made a gold shadow for each layer. I added an angel with trumpet instead of a star. I embossed with a Stampin' Up folder.  I will add a sentiment at the bottom before I send the card.

A2, side-step card...will add sentiment at bottom before mailing

Side-view....I used pop-ups behind each layer, including angel

Only Angel Food Cake will do.....

You are so special only Angel Food Cake will do for a "FRIEND" like you!  Since I love red velvet cake I added ..."only red velvet angel food cake will do.....Hey...it's my cake!!!  The image is from Art Impressions which I'm entering in their challenge #2: Valentine Inspired.  I used 2 MS punches, copics, stitching, glitter, and buttons that were a special present.  I covered up the candles on cake when stamping in order to add hearts.  I think next time I will leave the candles and just add hearts as an embellishment somewhere else on the paper.  Another hearts theme challenge is Stamptacular Sunday , Alotarubberstamps and Totally Paper Crafts.

Nurse Angel (+ freebie svg)

I couldn't resist the Sweet Sketch Wednesday challenge for the chance to win some Bugaboo images, working with a fun template, getting so much inspiration from the DT members and the Bugaboo image was perfect to create a card for my future DIL who's a nurse anesthetist....she could send it to a friend or family member. I added diamond glaze to the medicine bag after I took the picture. ( Also entering the Do you Stack Up and Sew Many Cards challenge.)

5x5, stitching, nestabilities, copics

Silly simple medicine bag
(I made 3 tiny ones to put where the three circles are on the card for something different.)

Svg Christmas angel or snow angel

Well, I received 10 request so I'll be happy to post it.  As I said, many times I do an svg for a card I'm making and don't really know if anyone would be interest in it.  So glad yal have a use for this angel.  Enjoy!!!
The svg will also have a pinafore.  Remember, I welded 2 together to make the card.  I made an extra one to cover up the fold on top to look nice, but it's not necessary.  If you make something with it, I would love to see it.

Christmas Angel or Snow Angel

Lost my mojo last 2 days....trying hard to get it back!  The angel is from  another old punch that's near its last punch, so I made it into an svg.  I enlarged and made a shaped card.  I did one extra angel to cover the fold area.  I used 4 different embossing folders for the pinafore area, pop-ups for dimension between each layer and glitter pen (which looks weird on the photo but great in person).  I decided not to ink. There are several different angle views.
I thought I would do something different about posting the svg.  If I get at least 10 comments from people who said they would be interested in the svg, then I'll post it.  I get in a slump and  know not all svgs are what people are looking for...many times they are svgs "I" need for my card.  Here is the image.

Glitter is not dark like in picture...lots of glitter on wings and berries
