This creepy crud had me out!!! I finally feel like making a card and the strength to post...haha My son away at college even had to be taken to the emergency room for all the sickness and coughing he had developed....road trip for me to take care of him. He's back in dorm studying for exams and I'm home starting to feel human. Anyhow.....
I bought this Cheery Lynn window b die a while back and started playing with it. You know me and window files...lol I added clear acetate sheet in the window area. The first card (you are looking out) I used the adorable
Doodle Pantry colored image called
Caroling Friends. The second card appears someone looking "in the window" at a Christmas scene....free image from TLC or free vintage blog.

Sure hope your feeling a lot better and getting crafty again. I love the window die and the setting. Wonderful work as always. I thought of you as bugaboo has a window Santa coming out and I did not know what to do so did a tag, and wondered what you would do with it. It will be out 12-14 Free Friday.. you'll have to pick it up and let me see what you'd do.. hugs
ReplyDeleteYou make the best window creations Cely! Oh so fun to peek and see what is going on inside!
ReplyDeleteHope you and your son are both all better by Christmas.

Both cards are just fantastic, Cely! When you come back, you really do it in style. :-D So glad to see you posting again and I'm so happy that you're feeling better. Blessings.
ReplyDeleteYou did the gummy worm and ants, I LOVE them! Your window is gorgeous and I love the vine!

Both are fabulous. Love the clouds on the inside of the first (gave me an idea for a card "due" in the near future) and the brick on the outside? Awesome idea! Works perfectly.
ReplyDeleteHope you are feeling better. What a good mom - taking care of your big boy. We're still doing some healing on our end of the country too.
You have me almost 100% convinced that I must have a window frame die, love what you do with one!
