Baseball Glove ... svg and Giveaway!

Sue at Suesstampingstuff made a great little baseball glove card using a cartridge.  I wanted to make one too especially when she said it was quick and easy.  Sometimes I really need that quick and easy card.  Anyhoooo, I no longer purchase cartridges so I made my own interpretation using her darling card as a model.  Once you make the baseball circle, draw a curve and red stitching marks.  Now ..... back to making thank you cards and catching up on responsibilities.  Today, I had to buy a car battery for my son's car....another unexpected turn of events and robbing the piggy bank...haha!

Dimensions are about 4.5x4.5 for a 5x5 card

The svg will be available for 5 days.  Enjoy!

Now for the Giveaway! Cheryl at Dragonfly Designs will be picking a person at random for a chance to win "My Big Day" svg set from Svgcuts.  Her son got a "big yes" from the girl of his dreams.  Stop over at Dragonfly Designs and leave Cheryl some advice for weddings and Mother of the Groom....I did since my son just got married last weekend.

Baseball Nut - 1st Digi Stamp

This is my first digi stamp...ok...it may be my last.  I can't begin to tell you the hours I spent on this little guy.  Obviously, I'm a amateur since no one would spend this much time on drawing, taking into Inkscape, tracing with bezier tool, etc. and then give away free.  He needs a hat, so I'm taking him back into Inkscape.  In the mean time, I was so proud of myself for this accomplishment, I had to share now.  I'm sure it will be fun to look back in a year to see how I have progress or given up.  I REALLY need to know the secrets of digi stamp creators. If you would like the digi stamp, email me and I will be happy to send. ( The baseball is from svgcuts.com Sports and the diamond plate was a freebie from them.)
