Tea Time

Love teapots and tea.  Yup, and being from the South, I love ice cold SWEET TEA.  I used a  teapot/cup set die from Impression Obsession.  I used Elizabeth Crafts Lots Of Pops die for the base.  Making one saves money, but doing a quick die saves time. ( I cased the "inside" from someone on Pinterest.)

The pic I took of the card's front was so bad, I have opted not to show, but it has stacked teacups with embellishments.  I changed the paper and sentiments on the other 3 cards I made.  I also added a teabag on the front of 2 since I was able to make a large pocket.

  1. You are so silly! I must admit I have done the same thing...the inside is delish but the outside...not so...LOL...
I love this die-and the black is so striking!

  2. Absolutely adorable! So good to have you back!

  3. This is really lovely, love the black and pink and your papers are so pretty.
Thanks for all the lovely comments

  4. I was wondering what happened to you.. So glad to see you back and we get to enjoy your lovely cards. I love the die for this and the papers. Hugs

  5. Gorgeous Cely! I can't imagine the front looking that bad! Fabulous die and papers!

  6. I like how you added the sentiment before cutting it out with the die. That looks neat!
    Gorgeous teapot!

  7. I'm going to have to get that tea pot and teacups die set, Cely. I have a granddaughter who has lately developed a passion for tea and tea sets and she would absolutely adore this card of yours! :-D

  8. Pretty Get Well card and i like the soft colors with black. To add a teabag - is just great.
