Happy Birthday music

I'm trying to find more ways to incorporate the La Rue Flourish die by Memory Box into a variety of cards.  I have a weakness for dies....some are very expensive.  I'm trying to rationalize my addiction by using more this coming month...haha

I used "Happy Birthday" sheet music as one of my background papers and inked the edges. A little stitching, button, pearl, flower, music and leaf punch and I think I have a quick, pretty, CAS birthday card waiting to be mailed.

A2 size

  1. WOW, Cely! This card alone makes that flourish die worth every penny! :-D Love the sheet music paper and the red button.

  2. I think your die addiction is well worth it. Think of all the money you're saving by not having to buy greeting cards!!

  3. Cely
What a stunning card !! Love the little notes you tucked beside the flower.
Don't you think the die itself looks like music notes?

  4. Very clever use of the die! I am addicted to dies to. Lol, my binder that holds my dies is completely full now.
