This month's "Top Notch Artist"
(2nd posting today)
PS....I ate my cupcake prop right after the picture shoot!
I used a cupcake box and flower swirl I purchased from Silhouette. However, I changed the design by adding a heart in each scallop and increased the size of box by .75" to hold the yummy cupcake. I created a tag using the Cupcake Ant image. Using copics, ribbon, pearls, bow, leaf and SU window punch, I say I am please with the results.

Fabulously delicious! Yumm! Congrats on being their pick for Top Notch.......you certainly are, and it's certainly a deserved title! :0)
ReplyDeleteVery yummy indeed! Thanks for visiting my blog - just googled when Sam Cooke was in charts - yup, he's before my time, must be re-releases I've heard. His hits were in the charts 1957 - 64. The latter being the year before I was born! Jx
ReplyDeleteVery nice Caroline! I use my Silhouette way too often! Had to see what you were up too.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations, Cely, on Top Notch! Nobody deserves it more. I'm not sure which cupcake looks more yummy - the digi or the baked one. Certainly can't blame you for eating it right after the photo shoot. :-D Love the hearts in the scallops on the cupcake box. Fabulous idea.
ReplyDeleteCongrats! Very nice work and you deserve it!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, I am rubbish at making beautiful boxes like this! It doesn't matter how hard I try, I never, never get straight edges. So frustrating, but it does mean I always admire every one elses. This is gorgeous. The cake looked lush too. Thanks so much for all your wonderful comments at mine. Really kind of you to take the time. By the way, the die I used is a Cheery Lynn die - Polynesian Sails Oval. xx
