Our youngest is turning 21. Yup, just seems like yesterday I was holding his hand at the doctor. Oh wait, that was last week...lol All kidding aside, he has turned into quite a wonderful young man, and yes I'm partial...he's my son!
Finishing up his card, I see
Cut It Up is having Challenge #66 using "Windy" (use something with motion)....PERFECT. My card has a wobble action spring. I showed a close up in one of my pics. I used the
Art Impression Bear Hug...sorta like a card I did several weeks ago. I tried to make the shorts/underwear Mitchell's college colors: garnet and black/grey.

A2, copics, MB grass die, birch tree die, Lawn Fawn birdie stamp and die |

angle view, action wobble from Inky antics |

Cut out extra body, bow tie and muzzle to add extra dimension using pop-ups. If you look close you can see a piece of the clear action wobble |
Cool - I like how you made just his torso wobble! My youngest is 31. How is it that their birthdays make ME feel old!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your Windy project with us at Cut it Up!

Time goes so fast! One minute they're small the next all grown up!
Love this card Cely. Your son is going to LOVE it too. I really like that stamp and, as always, love how you made a scene with it!
ReplyDeleteFabulous card. I remember this bear from earlier. He's so sweet. Lovely little bird in the branch too. Nice dimension on this one, with all the layers. Love how you brag about your boy. I'm sure you are truthful that he is wonderful.
