Big hug waiting for you

My brother is gravely ill so I'm on a mission to send at least 2 cards a week.  I need to make more manly cards.  I never have one when I need it.

I totally cased Sue Kemet.  Her card was perfect in every way for what I wanted for my brother.  If you follow me, then you know this isn't the first time I have cased her...haha  I have several other friends I will be casing this weekend.  When you are in a hurry, casing a lovely, perfect card really saves time.  I think casing is respectful and tells/shows a person how talented they are by someone wanting to case.  And, I like to acknowledge their talent on my blog.

I used Ai Bear Hugs Set and birch tree die set from Impression Obsession, and Bear Hug Waiting sentiment from TLC  And YUP.... an action wobble  I cut everything out with my Cameo.

A2 vertical, grass die, stitching, copics for coloring.  My brother graduated from the Citadel so that is why I chose blue pants and bow tie...haha

  3. Certain to cheer up your brother Cely! You did my card proud and I am honored that you chose to case my card!!! I too like to CASE! In fact, that is actually how I learned to stamp in the first place. I would case a card and then make a pile of the same card to give out as gift packs. Honed my skills!! Sending hugs to your brother as well.

  6. Cely, thoughts and prayers go out for your brother. I do a few cards a week for my son's MIL who is fighting cancer - just trying to keep her cheered up and it's all I can do! She really enjoys getting them and I'm sure your brother will also - TFS!

  10. Sorry to bombard you today with comments. I'm catching up from last week - been dealing with Sprout and RSV (which means NO sleep for me!). I'm so sorry to hear about your brother. Hopefully it's something that will pass. I'm sure he will enjoy each and every card. Your bear and sentiment are just the thing to put a smile on his face. Wonderful dimension.
