There's a wonderful challenge going on at Card Cupids. It is a lovely organization that uses donated cards to give to special children. Bugaboo is their sponsor this week. How awesome is that! ReplyDeleteThe 'Wishing You Happiness' sentiment was on Carly's card (the card I CASED), so I'm not sure where she bought it?
Mine is from a Close to My Heart Set!! I've had it fora couple of years and it's a nice set!
The technique I used on Floral images that was stamped and eat Embossed in white, is to put down the COLOR after you heat emboss. You were right in that the color 'typically' is resisted by the embossing. You can use Distress Inks or Alcohol inks. I also used the Gelato's on that card and they are a new FUN product. You simply wipe off the ink that that is on the embossed section.
It's a Resist Technique and you can find lots of videos on You Tube or even on Jennifer's McGuire's blog!! Ink Resist!
