.....some measured more than 2 inches in diameter not counting the spikes many had on them. True, some are larger, but this is the largest I have ever experienced up close and personal. We covered my husband's car with a blanket as best we could. We only have a two car garage and my son and I had already taken the space inside the garage. Anyhow, my DH's car still received hail damage. We stood in the garage watching in amazement only for one of the big buggers to fly in the garage and hit me in the thigh leaving a whelp and bruise.
HOLY SMOKES! I bet there were a lot of cracked windshields too! Those are hugeee! I hope you have a dry and sunny weekend Cely! :o)

Hi Cely it's Lenae! How did I not know you had a blog? It's great I love your blog. How do I get one of your expired files? Do you sell them somewhere? Thank you lovesugargem@gmail.con
ReplyDeleteOh my, wicked!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness! And this is South Carolina!!! What strange weather we are having lately. Hope your DH's car isn't too dinged up! But he did know who's car was supposed to be in the garage. :-) He's a keeper!
ReplyDeleteWow! I realy don't know what's happening with the Weather. We were having hail here in Puerto Rico, though it's common in the mountains during winter it's extremely rare to have it in the coast. Take care
ReplyDeleteWow - that is some big hail!
ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment on my blog. You asked a question about the papers I used. I use all different brands. The card you commented on used October afternoon papers. Since I usually make only cards or small projects, I buy 6x6 or 8x8 paper pads. When choosing papers I stay with in the pad so that the colors all work well together. I hope that is what you were asking. If not, please feel free to email me at shestamps11-blogs at yahoo dot com.
Have a wonderful day!
Wow- that was a heck of a Hail! Love your cute Bugaboo cards!
ReplyDeleteWOW those are some big O chunks of hail, I am glad you are all ok.
ReplyDeleteYikes! Hail can be scarey!! And fun! And you thought summer was coming!
ReplyDeleteHOLY HAIL! That's crazy! But those are fantastic photos. I've never seen anything like that before in my life. I'm sure lots of folks had damaged cars. That's a total bummer.
