My DH gave me a few hours off for good behavior (still working on kitchen) so I ran into my "happy place" and made this shape card for Paper Cupcake Challenge being sponsored by Patti Painter. The digi image was free from Paper Cupcakes. Get it HERE. I changed image into an svg and made a shaped card. It will fit a 5x5 envelop. The red is a warm red, not the bright red you see in the picture. I added lots of pop-ups for dimension, inking, a jewel and lined inside with white paper.

I was a little deflated when I got the close up view that it's actually PAPER! My mouth got all happy, but then my brain got happy :o) Thank you for sharing, it's absolutely darling!

ReplyDeleteCely, this is so wonderful! I love how you did the flower with the green as well! I am not sure at all with a svg file is, I know it cuts it out, but I am not sure how that all works, but it certainly looks wonderful there on that cupcake! I love shaped cards and love how this slips open. This is so rick in color and love that orangey peachy flower! The contrast in colors just really pop! Just beautiful!
