Yup, my friend commissioned me to do a 3-d box card for her mother. She told me all the things her mother loves...to the flowers, planting, and the Denver Broncos!
On the belly band, I used the beautiful
Doodle Pantry set called
Rubber Boots. For the inside I used a public domain Bronco and made into an svg. The tools are from the
Silhouette store and the images I bought many years ago from
Trina Clark on-line.

ReplyDeleteOH MY WOWZA Cely...that card is AWESOME! I have not done one of these types of cards yet. I'm a little intimidated. But my goodness did you knock it out of the ballpark. She's going to LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteFabulously done, Cely! Love the boot. :-D
ReplyDeleteI think I'm finally on the road to recovery but am still taking it slowly and trying not to overdo. :-D
Adorable, Cely! I love the Denver Broncos touch. I haven't tried one of these. Something else to add to my list!
ReplyDeleteOh how fun...l love box cards...this looks like it has some special details just for the birthday person!!! Very cool!
ReplyDeleteOK, other than this being completely impressive, does this fold flat to mail? Trying to figure out where the belly band goes. Do the flaps just go up (but the box doesn't close) and the belly band keeps the flaps up? And you colored the DP image? Wow. I thought it was precolored. Wonderful shadows and highlights. I bet she was way impressed as well.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness Cely I love this! I've got to try one of these!
