Gobble Gobble at Doodle Pantry

I'm revisiting the darling, little Quirky Turkey from Doodle Pantry.  I'm sending this to my grand daughter. It was quick and easy, especially using the great pre-colored image.

Join in our Doodle Pantry November Challenge #52 for a chance at a GC and you will receive the set, Gingerbread House Ants, free for using a Doodle Pantry image (not just sentiment) in the challenge.

Let's Talk Turkey

Let's Talk Turkey - Saturday Challenge
at Catch the Bug

I did a card almost exactly like this a few weeks back.  I sold the card and missed it so much, I had to make another one, but this time I used the darling Fancy SB Girl - Thanksgiving from Bugaboo Stamps.  As a matter of fact, by the time this post today, I hope the recipients have received it. I love this DP from DCWV - Harvest Gathering.  It's hard to see, but it's textured and the trees are gold foiled.  My turkey is coming from Bucky's BBQ....yum yum! Used an old stamp and SU markers, hoofed a few breaths on it, and got the pretty leave on envelope.

Grab a turkey leg and head to Catch The Bug for more interpretations of Let's Talk Turkey.

5x5 size, copics, stitching, punch, ribbon, string, button

Thanks For the Invite

Saturday Challenge - "Pocket Card"
at Catch the Bug
sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps

I totally CASED Marie at Joyful Stamper.  If it ain't broke, don't fix it.  I have an invite for an early Thanksgiving turkey lunch so instead of sending a "thank you" card AFTER the dinner, I thought I would send the "thank you" BEFORE the dinner.  I really enjoyed making this silly, delightful card for my in-laws.

The challenge is to make a pocket card.  Something I'm new at.  I used Turkey - Knife and Fork from Bugaboo Stamps. The menu is tucked in nicely and can be taken out to see a quick note on the back.  Strut your stuff on over to Catch The Bug and see many more pocket card inspirations for the challenge.

A2 size, stitching, copics, silver cut-outs of knife and fork

Challenges:
Anything Goes Challenge – #53 Stitches Real or Faux.
