I used the P&C on the pre-colored apples from the Doodle Pantry Apple set, using glossy accents and pop-ups for added dimension. I made several of these cards to give with the jars of apple butter and/or to remind friends the jar is coming. The shaped card file is called Canning Jars - Preserves from My Scrap Chick.
Remember to join in on the Doodle Pantry September Challenge and you will receive JINGLE ANTS set and a chance to win a gift certificate to the store.

Mmmmm, apple picking and apple butter are two of my favorite childhood memories, Cely. I love this card, especially the red gingham paper on the jar lid ! Magnificent fussy cutting on the apples.
ReplyDeleteI hope you feel better soon. I love the red and white checked lid on your apple butter bottle card!
ReplyDeleteI love going to the orchard in the fall and buying apple donuts, cider, and APPLES! My favorite apple is Macintosh, and I don't know about your area, but they haven't been in stores here for, like, six months!! I'm really craving a crisp Macintosh!
What a cutie! Made me smile! Love it!
ReplyDeleteTerrific, love this shaped card and the apples look so wonderful! Yummy apple butter, my Mom made the best. I've tried through the years but her was always better. What nice memories this card brought forth!
