My garden is planted and the tomato cards are made! This is mid-month release day at Doodle Pantry. One of the releases is the set Cherry Tomatoes! It comes with all the trimmings: outline and colored image, sentiments and designer paper. I've done several different versions. Here is the one for today.
I colored with copics, used some scrap green rafetta, and just to be a little silly, added my own sentiment. Yes, repeating two of them several times was "on purpose"! haha I kept it CAS!

Pretty image and great coloring!

ReplyDeleteWhat a great card!!! Love the "recipe" tag.
No tomatoe planting here until at least June. :(
Had another skiff of snow last night. You would think we lived at the North pole instead of "sunny" Alberta. lol

I love your Top 10 Things to Do with Tomatoes! People who grow their own tomatoes sometimes have an overabundance, so I knew the repetition was on purpose. My step-dad used to stand over the sink and eat our homegrown roma tomatoes like an apple! Great job on the card!
ReplyDeleteI was so anxious to see your tomato creation and well it was worth the wait, love the sentiment of 10 way too. Great card.
ReplyDeleteYum yum and wow on the coloring., Awesome I am not a cherry tomato person but I would eat those.LOL Great card love this.

Your tomatoes are colored beautifully! We planted ONE plant. Beanie likes them - I personally don't go near veggies. Your polka dot paper and sentiment are also great.
ReplyDeleteLove these yummy tomatoes and the touch of the green raffia is perfect!
ReplyDeleteROFL, Cely! I'm going to have to copy your list of things to do with tomatoes! I always plant 4 or 5 tomato plants in my garden (different kinds, of course), and then have tons more than I can use, even after I've given away as many as possible to neighbors, friends, church folks, and even strangers who just walk by! Love this card. :-D
ReplyDeleteSo very pretty, love this set so much that I had to buy it. Your coloring is gorgeous on this.
ReplyDeleteYummy! I love 'maters!
ReplyDeleteSo cute, Cely! Love the top ten list! Wish my garden was planted. We arrived home to 32 degrees. I thought it would be warmer by now. :(
ReplyDeleteCely your colouring is amazing they look so delicious! Just gorgeous!
