TiMe ChAnGe - did you remember!!!
I have several friends who have March birthdays. Yes ladies, you know who you are. I'm making several different cards so you "just don't know" which card you are getting since I know you check my blog...haha
This very funny lady #4373 is from Art Impressions. I love that they are now selling them on Amazon and Walmart. I colored her with copics, but her dress was pieced using my Silhouette. I followed Dawn at Stamp n Play, who prints extra pieces of the image to give depth and uses pop-ups for dimension...I did her hat.
A2, Wink of Stella on earrings, bracelet, shoes and candles, ribbon, gift charm |
pop-ups for dimension, 2 border punches |
Fabulous, what a wonderful image!

Your image reminds me of Carmen Miranda with her fruit hats! I love the design of your card. Just the perfect amount of design paper, plus all those frills!
