(with great results...Even sick you have been busy!! (with great results I might add! :-))<br /><br />OK you need essential oils for your cold and cough. (my hubby is like you right now too and this helped him). Buy Eucalyptus, Lemon and Lavender essential oils in a healthfood store. Mix 2 drops of eucalyptus and 2 drops of lemon in 2 tablespoon of honey. Use 1 teaspoon of this mixture in a cup of hot water (or tea) and slowly sip.<br />Put 1 drop of Lavender and 1 drop of Eucalyptus in a bowl of boiling water. Put you face above the bowl and cover your nose and the bowl with a dishtowel to keep the steam inside (and keep it from going into your eyes). Take nice slow breaths. Take breaks every now and then breathing outside of the "tent".
