Before and After!!!!!

The room was BAD, but not "quite as bad" as it looks in the first pic.  I had started pulling stuff out to throw away, give away, showing stuff that belonged to a friend who stopped making cards and THEN thought about taking pics.  From the pics, I looked liked I could have qualified for the "Hoarding Show" on TV.

It took me three weeks!!!  I still have some touch-up painting and a counter top to put down but I think it is nice enough to show you.  I think it will be self-explanatory the "before and after" pics.

You much click on the picture to really see the difference!!!

  3. It looks like so much more room the way you have rearranged your storage and cabinets! I need to do the same thing-but bring it all downstairs where I sit these days...all because of my Silhouette! LOL

  5. What a big job! I bet you found tons of stuff you forgot you had. You'll be inspired by your clean craft room! (although there didn't seem to be any lack of inspiration before . . .)

  6. Good job. I bet you found things you forgot about. I love the stations you have set up for the computer, stamping, die cutting, embossing and sewing. I'd love to have my tools, ribbons and stamps visible, it's almost like shopping for what you want. Talent deserves that kind of space. Cute Cuckoo clock:)

  7. Looks so much neater, but...can you find things??? Everytime I clean up my room I spend more time looking for things than it took me to clean it up. LOL

  10. Way to go, Cely! Beautiful reorganization. Mine space is a disaster... needless to say, I need to take a shovel to it.

  11. Do you hire yourself out. I'll be happy to provide room and board. LOL! I have lots of stuff I could get rid of too but time is a real problem for me. Why didn't I retire. LOL! Gorgeous space, Cely. How long will it stay clean? Have a super wonderful week!

  12. Great job! I too have been thinking about my crafting environment....and how unorganized I feel. Is that a hanging "shop" light (the 2nd picture)? The light it provides looks fantastic.

I just about have my basement done. Still have to change the other half into a dance studio. But waiting to hear if we are going to do this or not. DD is on the hedge & I am praying she will stick w/it as she is good!
    Love ur room!
